Event Details

UCL - Institute of the Americas (UCL-IA) proudly hosts this conference, convened by Dr Tony McCulloch (Senior Fellow in North American Studies, UCL-IA), and with the generous support of the Foundation for Canadian Studies, Quebec Government House and the London Canadian Studies Association.

The conference is part of the "Quebec and the World" project and is a follow up to an authors' workshop held in Montreal in November 2012. It examines the history and politics of Quebec's international engagement and consists largely of papers that are to be included in a new book on the international relations of Quebec to be published in 2014.

Please consult the program for further details. All members of the public are welcome to attend the conference in its entirety or attend the sessions of their interest. Attendance to this conference is free of charge but registration is required.
